Jasper has a great pop style with attitude. His work is punchy... Like right in the face. We really dig the black and white work with splashes of color. Great concepts and powerful female characters. Check out his site for more of the same.

Sweden has produced many a great illustrator. From font creators to automotive designers, Stockholm artists are known for their clean modernism and simplicity. Magnus Blomster on the other hand, will be known for beautiful spills and controlled chaos. His use of fluid lines to weave in and out of the female form is amazing to watch. We also like his color palettes... atypical. See the site for newness.

When Illustration meets Photography through a mutual friend or foe, Abstraction. Dzark makes the best of both worlds. We love the distortion and dense detail of his work. Its interesting how the hard lines of the digital work intersect with soft forms of the human body. Somehow it still ends up fashionable... if even in an avant garde sorta way. He's managed to cut women into tiny parts and not freak me out too. Nice!

I'm not into sculpture that much, but when it comes to robot babies... I'm in. Shigeki Hayashi creates some interesting projects using ceramics and visions of the future. He's got an intriguing sense of tomorrow and we'd love to see some of his ideas used in a movie or at least a video game. Imagine...
