The feel of Tom's work is so surreal. They're paintings that borderline on realism and then deviate into illustration just to keep things interesting. It's a very delicate blend of styles that he has mastered. His little characters are what get us the most tho. Sweden has produced many a great illustrator. From font creators to automotive designers, Stockholm artists are known for their clean modernism and simplicity. Magnus Blomster on the other hand, will be known for beautiful spills and controlled chaos. His use of fluid lines to weave in and out of the female form is amazing to watch.
