Murat Suyur is a concept photographer from Istanbul. He does some really cool things with simple but effective ideas. His work has a way of getting to the point without waisting your time with a lot of fluff. Excellent for advertising. He's also got a nice fashion portfolio as well with work from some leading magazines. But don't miss the still life... skills indeed.

Read More Speaking of vlossing it up, UK designer Pete Harrison of Aeiko {eye-co} has a knack for beautiful sparks and flares. He's managed to put together a really progressive portfolio of work for clients such as Dolce & Gabbana, Intel and Microsoft... but we won't hold that last one against him. As with most artists his best work tends to be the stuff he does on his own. Check out his site for more of the same.

Read More BMW came up with a brilliant way to advertise on the biggest ad space in Russia. They created a verticle track and mounted life sized versions of each of the new BMW's on it with working headlights and everything. It must be amazing to see in real life. I hope they bring it to the US.
